Promotion Terms & Conditions

1.1 Advent Calendar Offers 2022 are valid for bookings made from the published date of the offer and for one calendar month thereafter. E.g; Advent Calendar Offer 2022 Day 1 (published on 1 December) may be booked up to and including 1 January 2023, Day 2 (published on 2 December) may be booked up to and including 2 January 2023 and offers published on the subsequent days throughout December will follow the same. 

1.2 All Advent Calendar Offers 2022 are subject to availability and offered on a first come first served basis and whilst stocks last. 

1.2.1 A ‘first come first served booking’ is defined as when a client provides the date of their wedding or event and then following receipt of invoice confirms their requirement by payment of 20% deposit. A booking is not finalised until the deposit is received. Final balance due 30 days prior to wedding or event date. 

1.3 We reserve the right to end an offer at any time.

1.4 We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any one of the Advent Calendar Offers 2022 or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

1.5 Published prices for Advent Calendar Offers 2022 are for weddings or events taking place in the county of Kent, UK only and full price packages for the same can be found at our website www.diamondcircleweddings.com  Other locations will be subject to an additional charge, quoted by Diamond Circle Weddings Ltd, prior to booking.

1.6 If a free service is qualified for by satisfying a minimum spend threshold and you decide to reduce your order value below the minimum spend threshold, we reserve the right to charge full price for the free service or to remove the free service.

1.7 More than one Advent Calendar Offers 2022 may be booked by the same customer, however they cannot be used in conjunction with each other to further reduce the price. 

1.8 All items offered are for hire or are a provision of service.  No item provided will be retained by the customer with the exception of fresh floristry, stock of candy cart and/or personalised items.

1.9 Full details of each Advent Calendar Offers 2022 will be published on Facebook and Instagram daily and these will be confirmed on invoice upon booking.
